Formosa Oolong Loose Leaf Tea

The leaves are beautiful and full, containing only the silver tip of the bud.  Thus, making this a special delight for Oolong enthusiasts.  Our Formosa Oolong loose leaf tea is carefully selected only once a year from the Pei Pu region of Taiwan — it is considered to be the finest available.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Our Formosa Oolong tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a point just short of boiling (190-200° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Tea Vue’s Formosa Oolong tea should be steeped for 3-4 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping.
